60g loose chamomile and lavender tea leaves

Ingredients:

Rooibos, fennel, rosehip peels, chamomile blossom (15%), lemon balm leaves, lavender blossom (4%), rose blossom leaves

How To Brew:

Scoop tea into a strainer – Use 1tsp of tea for every 200ml of water
Heat water in a teapot or electric kettle
Pur strainer over a mug
Pour water over tea strainer and into the mug
Steep for 5 minutes
Enjoy and relax!
